Premature Ventricular Contraction

Premature Ventricular Contraction
By: Psylar Grey

Only time will narrate
To the angel I met by fate
That a void was in thy heart & soul in ache

Have been trying for long through art
To fill the empty shell in thy heart
But knew not where to start

Uncertain of life's serenade
Same way I learned to bike, reckless but afraid
With no training wheels nor safety aid

So that my scar will tell
The story of how I fell
When I met you, my friend

Just a look in your eyes
A reflection of a beautiful soul with no disguise
Makes my heart beat rise and the feelings aren't lies

So here I am hoping in bliss
The thought of you will miss
Your personality, your laughter and your smile
Just a glimpse makes my day worthwhile

I know for a fact that no other angel can match your beauty and style
And nobody here on earth nor heaven will come close to that beautiful smile
And if you ever felt I forgot nor didn't care
Let me stop right now, my true feelings I'll share

Premature ventricular contraction, you made my heart skip a beat
A rhythm I can't defeat
Words that I can only say to you
Is only "I love you"

Thank you note: To Kidapawan City National High School

We all grow up somewhere. It isn’t so much the place we were born as it is to the place to become of age. The place where our strength and weaknesses are first exposed our interest and prejudices gets discovered and developed. A series of small worlds we used to live in that brought us to where and who we are today. Worst for the most part is we couldn’t wait for the part to be done with and move on from.

I want to thank my high school alma mater principal Mrs. Rosalinda Lonzaga, Mrs. Helen Java, Mrs. Corazon Aala, Mrs. Elizabeth Vinson and Mr. Jezreel Estelloso and Ms. Janaica Pagal for the support during our Cebu Goes Culinary Competition and I'm proud to say that we won Gold in the Dress the Cake: live competition with the theme Halloween at Waterfront Hotel and Casino last July 22, 2010.

I wish to thank again Mrs. Rosalinda Lonzaga for recognizing me and my achievements in the University of San Jose-Recoletos Cebu. To the different department heads: Department of Science and Technology Mrs. Indalecia Dematais, Filipino Department Mrs. Eulalia Mares, TLE Department Mrs. Corazon Aala, Social Studies Department Mr. Ronnie Cabaya, M.A.P.E.H Department Mrs. Rowena Puertos, Special Program in Sports Mr. Elmer Aboy, Mathematics Department Mrs. Teofila Quijano, English Department Mrs. Aurelia Igang, Science Curriculum Coordinator Mrs. Lourdes Kahulugan, Values Education Department Mrs. Perlita Catalan, Special Program in the Arts Mrs. Hazel Pascua, Special Education Mr. Anthony Tongan, Guidance Counselors Mrs. Aura May Adoracion, Mrs. Welcelsa Campued, Mr. David Peralta, Ms. Rowena Marcelino, School Nurse Mrs. Clarissa Paragas, School Librarian Mrs. Lydia Ranara whom allows me to have an all-access to books. Mr. Arnel Alcosaba my research mentor gave me the reason to never give up. Mr. Conrado Balbas, Jr and Mrs. Edna Blabas, Mrs. Gerna Bernadas, Mrs. Rosalinda Morada my 4th year adviser, Mrs. Marilou Alag, Mrs Marlene Oasay, Research Adviser Dr. Loida Hepshebah Aragoncillo, Mrs. Zafra Balbon, Mrs. Godeliva Canonoy, Mrs. Ana Marie Cornell, Mrs. Neña Paren, Mr. Jose Semillano, Jr, Mr. Florante Tabora, Mrs. Dale Tolosa, Mrs. Patricia Tolosa, Mrs. Leonora Orog To my Teachers from 1st year to 4th year, thank you so much.

It is one of my proudest moments to graduate in college with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management major in Food and Beverage and to offer my achievements to God and to my parents for whom I wouldn’t be able to accomplish these with out them. But most importantly to my dearest High school teachers whom every step of the way was there to teach us, a building block of interconnecting fundamental knowledge that we certainly needed during our college days. I know that I was not the brightest student in the class only diligent enough to always be present, silently scribbling notes from the board, listening to discussions and to always do my best in what life has to offer. Thank you so much for the journey that I have stayed for 4 years in high school and it will be one of my fondest memories of my youth.

Thank you note: To School for Life Montessori my Elementary School

We all grow up somewhere. It isn’t so much the place we were born as it is to the place to become of age. The place where our strength and weaknesses are first exposed our interest and prejudices gets discovered and developed. A series of small worlds we used to live in that brought us to where and who we are today.

It always brings joy to me every time I remember those casa and elementary days with School for Life Montessori, man it was a blast and I always had fun. In every fun we had there’s always something we learn through out the day and it isn’t something that we will forget for the rest of our lives. From this point I want to say thank you so much Mr. Nestor Buhay and Mrs. Flordeliza Buhay, for building this institution of learning within the grasp of our parents, I wouldn’t be somewhere in this world and to be who I am today if it were not for both of you. Thank you so much for the lessons you taught to us and it will always be remembered in our hearts. I always won’t forget this school because back in those old days, very early in the morning where the first light touches the earths envelope, me and my brothers wake up, take our breakfast, brush our teeth and wear our brown uniforms, then off we go to school and upon arriving, we could still hear crickets or cicadas in the empty rooms and mosquitoes still asleep, well I was a kid back then. Then we fix our eyes upon the clock, boy! Its 6 a.m. how early are we? It makes me smile when I always see the pointing of the hand of the clock to 6. Then we were known as the early birds. I want to thank my dearest teachers who taught me well in my earliest foundation of knowledge and I tell you, you built it well and it will always be something that I want to share about and I greatly appreciate the lessons. To Teacher Cecille Eucocgo-Liboon, Teacher Ivonne Ramos, Teacher Miriam Lucas, Teacher Era thank you so much for the time and patience that I've spent in finding what I’m capable of doing. To batch 2003, thank you for the friendship and for the times we five spent together although graduating five in our class, we enjoy every moment we had and to my classmates from grade 1 to grade 5, thank you also for the companionship. I wish you all the great opportunities in life.
